How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 business days, depending on your area. We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We don't ship internationally.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is 70 LE. Delivery is free on orders of 850 LE or more. You can also pick up your order from our office in Cairo, Salah Salem St., to save the delivery fee.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay cash on delivery anywhere in Egypt. You can also pay by card, mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash, WE Pay), Fawry or Meeza.

Can I return a product?

If your item arrives wrong or damaged, message us on WhatsApp right after delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out. For other returns, see our refund policy.

Yes. This is the official APPE store. Every product ships directly from Appearance Factors, the maker of APPE and Velvet.
